Do you like Renaissance Faires? I'm assuming you do if you've followed me over the years. I've had an amazing career as a costume designer making thousands of custom costumes for so many wonderful clients, and now the pattern company has brought in a whole new world of crafters. It's been very exciting to watch everyone progress and post photos of what they've worn to the Faire using my patterns. During my recovery over the past year, I took some time to create a world surrounded by what I know and love. So here is my next adventure.

So many of us love to escape into the world of fantasy so, that is what I've done with my new novel. There's mystery, romance, magic, and more. I've had a passion for writing since I was a kid, but I'm finally able to blend both of my worlds together.

Emilia Taylor, "Lily" by her friends, is great at her craft. She followed in her grandmothers footsteps to become a master corset and costume designer. People came to her shop because of her discrete practices. Life was perfect. Until an old friend graced her doorway after ten years.

Victoria was told her brother was last seen at the Willow Forest Renaissance Faire, but the season is over and she has to wait a year to investigate more. Which is why she's come to visit her childhood friend Lily. Maybe her father can help since he's a detective.
Only, things don't go as planned for the two girls that meet up again after a childhood friendship. The innocent world around them no longer exists. Lies, death and magic. What more can possibly happen when fantasy becomes reality?
